 On December 1, 2009, Biprogeo Projekt company joined Egis Group, by means of the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to Egis Poland Sp. z o.o
The decision to merge the companies is a logical consequence of the recent development Biprogeo Projekt as well as an important element Egis Group's development strategy related to the consolidation and strengthening of the Group's position on the Polish market, implemented for the past few years.
Joining the world-famous Group enjoying an established position as one of the leaders in the field of civil engineering and transport infrastructure will strengthen the position of Biprogeo Projekt on the design market and will be an additional guarantee of success of the services provided.
Complementary competencies of both companies will allow Egis Poland and Biprogeo Projekt to develop a broader, more comprehensive and tailored offer of design services to meet the growing demands of investors.
